Chris + Samia – Engaged! ~ November 21, 2010 ~ Alexandria, VA
On one of the last truly gorgeous and mild November afternoons, I got to hang out with Chris and Samia for their engagement session. They are a fun couple with an easy to see genuine connection. We decided to do the first part of their session at The Birchmere…where they had their first date at a jazz concert. How cute! We headed to the park for the second part of the shoot, to include one little addition armed with a hula hoop. 
We had an…interesting (read: strange) encounter with an…interesting (read: strange) woman passerby. She stopped in on our session to tell us her thoughts about a lot of random things…including bad husbands and swamps…LOL! Gotta love the impromptu nature of being out and about during a session… ;-D Anyway, here are a few of my favorites from our afternoon…I can’t wait for the wedding next year!
